Sonic Kingdom Hearts

This is a cover for my fanfic Sonic Kingdom Hearts which is a retelling of Kingdom Hearts with different video game characters. Now I'm not going to follow the KH storyline 100% otherwise it would be just the games except with Sonic slapped over it. I intend to incorporate my own storyline that briefly follows the game and do a different take on the worlds to give the story it's own unique feeling. When it came to the drawing I tried to make it like the KH cover art but of course different since I didn't want the picture to be a copy and past. It was a bit tricky to draw Sonic in Sora's clothing since first I had to draw Sonic's proportions and then work on Sora's outfit. Over all I'm happy how it came out. With Luigi and Yoshi I tried to KH-ify there outfits. Yoshi was easy but Luigi's took some time to design.

Plot
When a storm hits Sonic finds himself separated from his two friends Amy and Shadow. He discovers he is the keyblade's chosen hero and is the only one who can stop the beings known as the heartless. With the help of Luigi and Yoshi who are searching for their missing friends too, Sonic will now travel across worlds on a quest to find his friends and save all the worlds.

Kingdom Hearts belong to Square Einx.
Sonic, Amy, and Shadow belong to Sega.
Luigi and Yoshi belong to Nintendo
