Professor Herminia Layton

The story centers around idea of instead of Descole having a brother, he had a sister instead. The story follows Herminia Layton as she grows in life from her orgins, to her becoming a professor, to her adventures with Luke Triton. The story also occasionally focuses a little on Descole's origins and his conflict about the choice whether he should continue pursuing his revenge or if he should reveal to his sister his identity. Alfendi Layton is also featured in the story and it will explore his origins as well on how he ended up the kind of person we see in Mystery Room.
